We are pleased to offer product that is custom-made to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order very carefully. Because the products are built to your specifications, the order cannot be cancelled or exchanged once it has been manufactured. Therefore, it is important that you are sure of your purchase decisions prior to finalizing your order. For our exchange policy, please see the details of the Kirsch Trust.
The estimated number of business days it will take to make each of your products is indicated on order confirmation page and email for each product. Once your product is made, with our standard shipping, delivery time is approximately 3-6 additional business days. Different types of window treatments are often made in different manufacturing facilities. For the fastest delivery, we ship each product to you as soon as it is ready.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are FREE to all states. Most products are shipped via Federal Express. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.
We are able to ship made to order products only within the fifty States of the United States of America. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, United States territories/possessions, or addresses outside the United States.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification e-mail that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number, if available. You may also view this information via your project workbook (tracking online orders requires you to log into our website). If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments as well as separate shipping e-mail notifications.
